Press bending
Press bending plays a critical role in transforming flat components into three-dimensional shapes. Typically, laser-cut parts are formed using press bending machines. Dedicated software determines the optimal cutting process to ensure the finished bent component is both accurate and complete, resulting in reduced setup times and improved product quality.
While most parts require only a few bends, highly complex geometries can also be accommodated. Our team of experienced engineers is equipped to design and implement specialized bending tools to handle even the most intricate requirements.
From small to large parts
We offer a wide selection of press bending tools and machines to manage various product designs. Our equipment has capacities ranging from 80 tons to 300 tons, and can handle bend lengths of up to 7 meters
