Stamping of parts from coiled material
Our stamped metal parts production capacity has significantly evolved over the years. Substantial investments have been made in advanced management and control systems, as well as in expanding our press lines, now offering capacities of up to 800 tons. The most recent addition is a transfer robot integrated into our large eccentric press line, further enhancing our operational capabilities.
We work with material thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 8 mm and bandwidths from 8 mm up to 1000 mm. Our stamping operations cover a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass. Notably, we possess specialized tooling expertise in stamping components made of copper and brass.
Various post-processing options are available, such as tumbling and grinding, to effectively eliminate burrs and sharp edges from finished parts.
In our large press-line we can fit big size tools with up to 4.5m length.
